At this point in the Robot I was about one month away from Halloween and I decided if I really put the gas on I could have him in a semi-finished diplayable state for Halloween. A couple of my friends said I was nuts to think I could do it by Halloween. That was all I needed. Fireball forward!!

This is the leg section where the common (upper) sections meet the individual (lower) sections. I mounted an outlet box on the inside of this section and wired it to one of those removable cord type outlets that you find on computers and such so that a removeable power cord could be attached to the exterior of the Robot. I did not want to do this on the tread boxes. I wanted a more discrete place to plug him in. This spot under this plate ends up being . . . er, uh . . . sort of where the Robots butt hole would be. I figure most people won't be looking there and if they are that sort I won't be letting them near my Robot anyway!!
