The neck bracket is made from a $7 copper plumbing reducer soldered to an old brass lamp base I got for free. That's a small PVC pipe section on top with notches filed out for the motor mounting tabs and channel for wire to flow through. Don't waste a lot of money on parts you'll hardly be able to see anyway.
